These Terms govern your use of Block Peak: Block Puzzle (the "Game"), provided by NextFly. By installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as allowed by law.
• Don't cheat, exploit, or interfere with the Game, its ads, or other users' experience.
• Don't use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

Ads

The Game is free and supported by ads. A rewarded ad is always optional (you choose to watch it to continue after game over). Occasional interstitial ads may appear between sessions. Ads are handled per our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Game, its design, code, audio, and the "Block Peak" name and logo are owned by NextFly and protected by law. The Game is an original work.

No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextFly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes & termination

We may update the Game or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
